First Pre-Season Inspection Day

The First Pre Season Inspection day was held at Roy Grangers Bridgestone Tyres, Newman Road Geebung Saturday 28th August 2010. 

(The club would like to thank Roy for the use of his premises)

The next Pre season Inspection day is scheduled for 25th September, 2010.

Remember these inspections must be completed before you race and will not be done at the track.

 Anybody wishing to practice at Maryborough on September 11th must have their car inspected, club membership paid and have their current NASR licence.

The LMRQ Trophy Presentation was held 31 July 2010.

Late Model Racing Queensland recently held their inaugural gala awards dinner at the Glen Hotel on Saturday the 31st of July 2010.

During his welcoming address President Geoff Phillips thanked all those who helped make the First season a success and promised bigger and better things

 for next year.Guests were treated to a movie showing highlights of the seasons racing.

Kev Stow was the big winner on the night taking out the inaugural Club Champion closely followed by Dean Hawkins in second and Frank Armstrong third.

 Other award winners included; Geoff Phillips who took out the Hard Charger Award, Stephen Carlish as Rookie of the Year, Chris Bates - Most Improved,

Best Presented - Blair Granger and Robin Bains took out the Hard Luck award which concluded the awards ceremony.

It was a good night had by all and once again we would like to thank everyone for an extremely successful 2009/2010 Season.
